Session #5: Mimouna
Circles of Identity: North African Jewish Communities in Israel

Polls and surveys in the virtual classroom as a way to connect to the broader community

Mimouna marks the end of Passover and is laden with meaning and ritual. It's about identity, community, tradition, faith, diversity, generosity, dialogue. And eating…a lot.

In In this session of our ‘Double Date’ webinar series, we explore visual and audio NLI resources that give us a glimpse into the significance of Mimouna and how it is celebrated. We also practice and discuss using polls and surveys in the virtual classroom as a way to connect to the broader community.
